Villa in Southern Sudan

The villa is designed as an open floor plan.

An open spiral staircase terminating on the roof terrace of the 3-storey structure will promote the flow of air through the building utilizing a “chimney-effect”.

The air rises up through the staircase tower and results in a cooling constant flow of air.
