Office Facilities for Independent Agencies and Commissions of the Government of Southern Sudan
The historic Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) signed between the Government of Sudan and the Sudan Peoples Liberation Movement (SPLM) on 9th January, 2005 marked the end of 21 years of civil war and spelled out a new era of peace, reconstruction and development for Southern Sudan.

A fund of 5,5 Million USD MDTF (Multi Donor Trust Fond) and 4 Million USD from Goss was allocated to support the newly established 19 commissions and independent agencies, which are signed as part of the government.

UNOPS was requested by the Government of Southern Sudan (GoSS) to develop an architectural brief. This included a detailed assessment of all commissions, a general lay out plan and detailed office plans. The design was corresponding to a cost estimate.
