Loya Jirga 2003/2004 Kabul Afghanistan – GIZ

The existing installation of the former Emergency Loya Jirga 2003 was the base for the Constitutional Loya Jirga 2004. Unlike 2003, the main conference centre was designed for the use as a permanent congress centre: The public washrooms were refurbished and re-instated, a heating and cooling system for the tents was installed. The conference centre was designed for 2000 people, including 600 delegates.
